Houston-Galveston Area Council Virtual Job Fair may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on you. The terms "You" and "User" as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this web site for any reason.     Exhibitor Requirements   Workforce Solutions is a non-profit organization funded through state and federal sources. We do not charge for most services but must demonstrate effective use of resources. All Exhibitors agree to report (a) the number of hires made as a result of the job fair, and (b) the names of each individual hired.   To support a positive job seeker experience, Workforce Solutions will deactivate any Exhibitor booth that does not include each of the following: (a) company logo; (b) company profile; and, (c) at least one complete job listing.     Use of Material   Houston-Galveston Area Council authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material on http://virtualjobfair.wrksolutions.com solely for your personal, noncommercial use.   Unauthorized use of the Material may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You must retain all proprietary notices contained in the original Material on any copy you make of the Material. You may not sell or modify the Material or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use of the Material on any other web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.   You shall not copy or adapt the code, HTML, Javascript, or otherwise, that Houston-Galveston Area Council creates to generate its pages. Houston-Galveston Area Council specifically prohibits any use of the Web Site, and all users agree not to use the Web Site, for any of the following:   Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate resume.   Posting an Ad or contacting any user for any reason other than a bona fide career opportunity that would be considered normal and customary employment. Examples of non-customary employment: Any franchise, pyramid scheme, multi-level marketing, club membership, distributorship, sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.   Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity.     User Information   When you register for the Web Site, you will be asked to provide http://virtualjobfair.wrksolutions.com with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (your "Information"). Houston-Galveston Area Council will not disclose to any third party your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant, and except as related to the Virtual job Fair presented at this site.     User Submissions   As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. This Agreement is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Texas, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts within Texas. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
